This journal issue presents multidisciplinary research addressing the complexity of contemporary reality, shaped by social, economic, technological, and cultural transformations. The selected contributions analyze the impacts of recent global events and propose innovative perspectives from diverse fields of knowledge. Key contributions include: a study on the socioeconomic effects of COVID-19 isolation on university students, highlighting the importance of institutional support policies to prevent academic dropout; research on experiential marketing in family businesses, demonstrating how customer experience and digital presence strengthen local competitiveness; and a reflection on graduate profiles in higher education, calling for the integration of managerial competencies, leadership, and strategic thinking. Additionally, the issue features an analysis of innovative logistics management as a strategic pillar for sustainable entrepreneurship; a netnographic approach to digital fashion, exploring the convergence of technology, identity, and visual culture; and a critical review on the ethical use of artificial intelligence in education, emphasizing the need for human oversight, equity, and privacy protection. Finally, the publication of a retraction note reaffirms the journal's commitment to transparency and academic integrity. Collectively, these articles illustrate that science fulfills an essential role: understanding change, guiding decision-making, and contributing to the construction of more resilient, sustainable, and inclusive societies.Downloads
